RadsConnect (“we”, “us”) runs radsconnect.com. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only.
What we collect
- If you join the updates list: your work email address.
- If you use the contact form: your name, work email, organisation (optional), role and message.
- When anyone visits the site, our hosting provider records basic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We do not use it to identify you.
Patient information
This website does not ask for patient information. Please do not send any through it. If you send it anyway, we delete it.
How we use it
- To tell you when RadsConnect opens.
- To reply to your message and follow up on it.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
Who processes it for us
Vercel hosts the website. Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox. Our email provider stores the messages we receive. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking analytics. Our fonts are served from our own site.
How long we keep it
We keep your email on the updates list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. We keep contact messages for as long as we need to reply and follow up, and no longer than 24 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@radsconnect.com. We reply within 30 days. Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Where data is processed
Our service providers may store and process data in the United States and other countries.
