RadsConnect
In build

Every addendum, expedite and callback in one queue.

Facilities raise requests in RadsConnect instead of calling. Your team sees them in one list, sorted by what is closest to breaching.

Three request types

TypeWhat happens
AddendumThe facility asks for a change to a signed report. The group assigns it to the reading radiologist and the facility sees when it is done.
ExpediteThe facility asks for a study to be read sooner. The request shows how long it has been waiting and who owns it.
RAD CallbackThe facility asks a radiologist to call. The callback closes only when contact and read-back are recorded.

One status everyone understands.

  1. New
  2. Acknowledged
  3. Assigned
  4. In Progress
  5. Completed

A request can also be Cancelled or Escalated. Each status shows as a word and an icon, never as a colour alone.

Nothing sits unowned.

Every request shows its owner, or a clear Unassigned label. Every request shows time elapsed and time remaining against its target.

Requests turn to SLA At Risk before they breach, not after. Priority is STAT, Urgent or Routine, and the clock follows it.

No integration needed to start.

Facilities enter the patient and study by hand in three short steps. RadsConnect is designed so a PACS or HL7 connection can replace that later. HL7 is actively in progress, with no date.
